Play & Learn At Home
🌲 Take a 15 minute family walk.

🎼  Turn on music and have a dance party.

🧘 Try family yoga for 10 minutes

🛒  Have children help with groceries (bending, lifting, carrying,..)

📦  Tunnels!  Get a large box (large enough to fit your child).  Encourage your child to crawl through.  They can also roll cars or balls through and run to get them on the other side!

〰️ Make a line of masking tape or painter’s tape on the carpet or floor.  Show children how to walk along the line, jump along the line, hop from one side to the other, or push a car along the line. There are so many possibilities.
